Newly installed or overhauled fans should undergo no-load testing and operation;

Put into operation with both the intake and exhaust valves open;

During the trial operation, it is important to observe whether the splashing of lubricating oil is normal. If there is too much or too little splashing, adjustments should be made;

4. No odor, smoke, collision or friction, and the radial amplitude of the bearing part is not greater than 0.08mm;

Run with no load for about 30 minutes. If the situation is normal, please run with load. If abnormal operation is found, it should be checked immediately, and even after troubleshooting, it still needs to run without load.

2、 Normal load operation of Three Leaf Roots blower:

1. Gradually adjust slowly as required, following the load until reaching the rated load. It is not allowed to adjust to the rated load at once;

The rated load refers to the static pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the nameplate. Under normal exhaust pressure, attention should be paid to the pressure changes at the intake to avoid overload.

Due to the characteristics of the Roots blower, it is not allowed to directly return the gas from the exhaust port to the inlet of the blower for a long time. Otherwise, it will affect the safety of the machine;

4. When the fan is working normally, it is strictly prohibited to completely close the inlet and outlet and listen to the sound of the valve. Overloading operation is strictly prohibited;

When the blower operates under rated working conditions, the surface temperature of each rolling bearing usually does not exceed 85 ° C, the oil temperature in the fuel tank usually does not exceed 65 ° C, and the radial vibration near the bearing part will not exceed 0.08mm; 6. Regularly pay attention to oil splashing and oil level.
